Mr.Seroney K.William was born in Terik location of South Nandi on 4th May 1968. He had his early education in the Home school and in Nairobi.

He has completed an MA degreee at the Centre for Translation and Comparative cultural Studies In Warwick Univesity.

He is currently a research student for PhD degree at Wawrick. His main area of investigation is the African Orality in terms ofthe western theorists.He thinks that undesrtanding the African Oral structure is crucial in facilitating excellent communication with the west.

Hobbies include, meeting and making new friends. Interest in languages and children fiction.
